AFC’s franchisees are a vital and important group within the company. In addition to being specially trained to make delicious and beautifully arranged sushi, these individuals are also trained to be efficient in managing daily operations at the sushi bar. They balance a variety of roles in their work. As salespeople, the chefs promote Southern Tsunami® branded products; as customer service representatives, they provide our client’s customers with product information and customize orders.
Our Steam Table Concept is aimed at the consumer who wants an authentic hot Asian meal to go. The menu features items such as fried rice, stir fried noodles, chicken, beef, and vegetarian items. These items are prepared fresh daily and presented in the steam table for customers to enjoy.
Our Hot Bowl Bar Concept aims to meet the demands of our customers who want to enjoy a delicious and quick meal on the run. With over 22 varieties of hot bowls topped with savory combinations of chicken, beef, and tofu items, this concept is the perfect opportunity to add Asian menu selections to a university or corporate cafeteria.
