Regional Manager 

 

The applicant for this position will oversee franchised (independently owned) sushi bars in specific areas, meet with supermarket executives and store managers. At this time, we are currently seeking individuals to oversee areas that may require traveling out of state for extended periods of time. Must be able to work well with others, be outgoing, responsible and have good communication skills.

Administrative Assistant

 

Assist the Sales/ Marketing Managers in the day-to-day office operations. Prepare reports coordinating with other departments. Data entry. Contacting clients/ vendors regarding problem-solving issues. Professional demeanor. 

 

Qualifications

* Minimum of two years of office experience.

* Must be detailed oriented and very accurate.

* Must have oral and written communication skills.

* Must possess strong organization and computer skills.

* Ability to function in a diverse team environment.

Food Safety Specialist

 

Responsibilities

* Assist with overseeing the food safety and sanitation procedures for retail food service (franchise) locations.

* Follow up on complaints.

* Handle inspections of manufacturing and retail operations for compliance of regulations, policies, and sanitary 

   condition.
* Work with various enforcement agencies throughout the nation to maintain compliance  within  the corporation.

* Assist other departments for technical issues dealing with regulatory compliance.

* Develop training programs, write and modify HACCP plans, and modify procedures to meet changes in the Food

   Code, as well as state and local regulations as necessary

* Knowlegeable in food safety and sanitation, and microbial testing/ analysis.

 

 

 Qualifications

* BA/BS Degree in Biology, Nutrition Food Science, or Environmental Health with course taken in food protection, or Micribiology.

* Strong knowledge in food safety is required, FDA Food Code, and 21 CFR123 is required.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

* HACCP & ServSafe Certification is a plus.

* The ability to communicate in Burmese is preferred but not required.

* Must be able to travel up to 25%.
