REDUCED SODIUM SOY SAUCE
Southern Tsunami Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce contains 25% less sodium than ordinary soy sauce and is excellent for dipping sushi and sashimi. Wheat is a major ingredient in most soy sauce but tamari soy sauce is made with either a very small amount of wheat or none at all. This method of brewing results in an exceptionally smooth soy sauce that can be used as marinade for barbecues or as a seasoning for steaks, stir fry and salads.
